I used to spend most of my time indoors, glued to screens and drowning in daily stress. It wasn’t until I hit an emotional low that I decided to take a walk outside it is something so simple, yet life-changing.
The first time I truly paid attention to nature, I felt something shift. The fresh air filled my lungs, the rustling leaves calmed my mind, and the warmth of the sun felt like a gentle hug. For the first time in a long time, I felt present.
Since that day, nature has become my therapy. Whether it’s a short walk, sitting under a tree, or just opening my window for fresh air, it always lifts my mood. Science backs this up,being in nature reduces stress, lowers anxiety, and even boosts creativity.
Now, whenever I feel overwhelmed, I step outside. I take deep breaths, listen to birds, and remind myself that life is bigger than my worries.
If you’re feeling stressed, try reconnecting with nature. Take a walk, sit in a park, or even just watch the sky. You might be surprised at how much peace you find.

Yeah of course I find comfort in nature. These happened to me few days ago after staying indoors for a long time, the heat was too much inside despite using the FAN, that I decided to take a little walk outside and boom there came this beautiful breeze and so much fresh air. I enjoy these things a lot tho. Kudos Vivy 👍
